The great harp cliche it seems is that it sounds heavenly, celestial and otherworldly but here I am saying that feeling of descending to a new spiritual plane is unlocked on jazz harpist Brandee Younger's new full-length 'Gadabout Season'. It's post-bop, of course it's spiritual and has that modern jazz knack of pulling in some hip hop too. Modern day Doroth Ashby stuff.
