Second albums ain't suppose to be the raw ones, that's where the polish comes in, the needless orchestra, a feature for visibility sake but here's Wunderhorse doing things their way. They take those hooks, that rugged country Americana sound and go a little Ragged Glory with it, recording where Nirvana did In Utero, which seems fitting, because whilst they're not following up a Nevermind (nobody is) they're making the raw, scuzzy grunge country record you get the feeling they'd want to listen to as fans.
