Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, if the item is sealed it must be returned in this condition ready for resale. If product is returned and not fit for resale you may not eligible for refund.
If the item was not shipped sealed it must be returned unplayed with all packaging, download codes and artwork. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

If the item is being returned because it is unwanted, customer will only be eligible for a refund for the price of goods returned and not delivery. Cost of the return is also the responsibility of the customer and cost of return will be deducted from refund.
If the items was shipped free delivery, cost of delivery will be deducted from refund.

If the returned order has not been received 14 days after the request return you will not be eligible for refund.

Order didn't arrive
For UK orders please contact 14 days after dispatch notice and for ROW please leave 30 days after dispatch to contact in regards to an order that is yet to arrive but please be advised that it. If it is believed by the delivery company the item is unretrievable we will offer a refund/replacement where we can.

We ship all orders with the good faith that your delivery address is correct, if the address you have provided is incorrect and your item is unretrievable you will not be eligible for refund or replacement of goods.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will need you to provide pictures of all damaged articles including packaging and goods.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
