Pre-Orders

Limited Addition Records primarily sales products on a presale basis, the release date stated on the product when purchased is subject-to-change at any point without warning. 

We rely on our suppliers to deliver goods as ordered and in line with release dates as agreed by labels. On occasion delivery of pre-order goods can be delayed for a manner of reasons and therefore product cannot be delivered for original release date. 

In all circumstances we will endeavour to keep you notified and update on any changes to pre-order dates and shipping delays. 

Free Delivery

Free delivery is offered on orders over £50 shipped within the United Kingdom. 
Order will be fulfilled as one delivery and will ship when all items are ready to dispatch. 

Free delivery is sent through Royal Mail 48hr Tracked.

We ship within the UK via Royal Mail and offer the following options. Cost of shipping includes cost of packaging and fulfilment.

• Royal Mail 1st Class

  - Aims to deliver the next working day including Saturdays

• Royal Mail 2nd Class
  £4.00
  - Aims to deliver in two to three working days including Saturdays
  - Includes compensation cover up to £20
  - Not tracked

• Hermes Standard
  £4.80
  - 2-4 Days Delivery
  - Tracked
  - Includes compensation cover up to £20

International Shipping

Limited Addition Records ships worldwide, cost of delivery may vary and is calculated depending on weight of products ordered and location. Please note we may choose to use an alternative courier if Royal Mail is unable to fulfil delivery due to geography and size of package.

  Estimate delivery times. In rare instances deliveries may take up 12 weeks.
  - Western Europe in up to 2 weeks
  - Eastern Europe in up to 5 weeks
  - North America in up to 6 weeks
  - South America, Africa and Asia in up to 8 weeks
  - Australia in up to 12 weeks

  Estimate delivery times. 
  - Europe delivery aim: 3-5 working days
  - Worldwide delivery aim: 6-7 working days

Where is my order?

Once your order has shipped you will receive a notification by email and/or SMS.

Once delivery is dispatched we work in good faith with the courier that your order will arrive in the timeframe of your chosen delivery method, however due to multiple factors out of our control there may be delays in receiving goods. 

If you live in the UK and you have not received your delivery within 7 working days of dispatch, please contact us and we will investigate further. 

For all other countries outside the United Kingdom please allow 21 working days after dispatch.
